Do you sell gift cards?  Yes (click here)

Is there an age requirement?  Participants need to be able to walk unassisted to climb and fit safely into a harness for top rope. Climbers 12 years or younger must be supervised by an adult at all times. 

Is there a maximum or minimum weight?  Max 300lb.  Min for auto belay 25lb.  No min for boulder or top rope

Do I need a reservation?  Walk ins are welcome! We ask that groups of 8 or more call ahead (318-734-0197) so we can assure appropriate staffing.

Where exactly are you located?  Inside Shreveport Indoor Soccer - at the very end of American Way, behind the D1 gym

What are your hours?  We are open every day; 10 am-8 pm Mon-Sat, and 1 pm-8 pm on Sundays. Our new Fall Hours will begin Oct. 1. See the new schedule here.

Do I need to have experience?  No experience required.  We have plenty of beginner routes and climbers of all ages. We love giving first timer's a great climbing experience. Let the front desk know when you come in what your experience level is.

What should I wear?  Comfortable athletic clothing. Nothing loose that could get caught on the wall or harness. Remove all rings and other jewelry before climbing.

Do I need to wear socks?  It's recommended with rental shoes.

Do you have group rates?  Yes, please call 318-734-0197

Do I need to do anything prior to climbing?  Complete a waiver prior to your 1st time

Can I book online?  Yes (some services)

Do you offer birthday parties?  Yes

Is there a kids section?  Not a separate one, but we have quite a few kid-friendly routes

How many auto-belays do you have?  Nine (9)

Do you change your routes?  All the time; 15+ new ones every week

Do you have gear for sale?  Yes. We have T-Shirts, shoes, harnesses, chalk, and other items. In stock availability varies, but we can always place a custom order. Members receive a discount off of Mad Rock items through our store. Ask our front desk staff for current offerings or sales. 

What is refund/return policy?  All deposits and payments for climbs and rental gear is nonrefundable.  Refunds on retail purchases must be done within 5 days of purchase.  Item must be in the same condition as purchased and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
